We have been out working on the trail every weekday for the past two weeks, so far so good. The turns are hand sculpted & banked, the dual start lanes are completely divided for 1/4 mile, and the trail is routed slightly differently on the golf course for better separation. Plus, we built in a few big kickers for freestyle airtime! (kidding...)

Lots of entries so far, more coming in as we speak.

Assigned parking this year, so watch for that as you come in. It is a small parking lot, so things may be tight, please be understanding. If you have a trailer you will probably be parking towards the back (Hoffman, Sullivan, Fields, any others?).

Perhaps you have seen Leadville's mine drainage tunnel in the news... this is absolutely nothing to be worried about. The tunnel blockage has been ongoing for a decade, and has absolutely zero affect on our water supply. Nor is there any danger of a flood! We are not a wealthy community, so some local officals are merely trying to get some state/ federal money to help deal with the expensive remedy to the tunnel blockage. The dangers as portrayed by the media are greatly exaggerated..

-RMSDC has partnered with the AKC Companion Animal Recovery Service (AKCCAR) to provide RMSDC members with a discounted rate when registering microchipped dogs with their service. This form not only allows anyone who uses it to register their microchipped dogs at a discount rate, but AKC also sends RMSDC a $1 donation for each dog registered.
